I actually own the 45 of this song by Root Boy Slim and the Sex Change Band with The Rootettes.

Please, it was a gift. But come on, it is a great groove.

    AH yes, Root Boy. "You broke my mood ring" has always been a fav. Did you know that Root Boy and President Bush were frat brothers at Yale?

    Love the band. Goodonya.This makes up for the Carpenters.
